James B. Hawkes
Chairman Emeritus
Eaton Vance Corp.

Mr. Hawkes joined Eaton Vance in 1970 as an equity research analyst, was appointed Director of Research in 1979 and Chief Investment Officer in 1985. He was named President and CEO in 1996 and Chairman of the Board in 1997. During Mr. Hawkes' eleven year tenure as CEO, Eaton Vance's assets under management grew nearly tenfold. Mr. Hawkes retired in November of 2007 and is currently Chairman Emeritus. Mr. Hawkes earned a BS in aerospace engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
 
Kenneth C. Whitney

Mr. Whitney is a Senior Managing Director in the Blackstone Private Equity group. Since joining Blackstone in 1988, Mr. Whitney has focused his efforts on raising capital for Blackstone's private investment funds and the establishment of Blackstone affiliates in the alternative investment area. He was responsible for the development of Blackstone Real Estate Partners, Blackstone Mezzanine Partners, and Blackstone Debt Advisors and oversaw Blackstone's initial investments and joint ventures in the real estate area. He sits on the Investment Committees for all of Blackstone's private investment funds. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Whitney began his career at Coopers & Lybrand in 1980, where he spent time in the firm's accounting and audit areas as well as in the tax and mergers and acquisitions areas. Mr. Whitney received a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
 
Edward E. Potter

Mr. Potter joined PineBridge Investments in 2006, with 27 years of industry experience. Mr. Potter is Head U.S. Retail & Intermediary Business Development based in New York, NY. Previously, he held a series of business development management positions including Head of European Business Development, Head of U.S. Endowments & Foundations and High Net Worth in the United States. Prior to PineBridge Investments, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Bedford Oak Advisors where he managed all non-investment activities focusing on business development. Before joining Bedford Oak, Mr. Potter was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. At GSAM, he assumed a progression of business development positions focusing on intermediary sales. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Potter spent most of the prior 15 years at Essex Corporation. In his last role at Essex, he was a Senior Vice President, responsible for Eastern Division Business Development. Mr. Potter received a BA in Management/Economics from Marietta College.
 
Gregory Brousseau

Mr. Brousseau is a founding partner of Central Park Group with over 20 years experience in alternative investments - including merger arbitrage and fund-of-funds portfolio management. Most recently, he served as co-head of UBS Financial Services Alternative Investment Group and was a member of the Firm's Operating Committee. Before UBS, Mr. Brousseau spent 13 years at Oppenheimer & Co., as an analyst in the Firm's merger arbitrage department and ultimately co-managing Oppenheimer's alternative investment department. He began his career at Procter & Gamble and his financial services career at E.F. Hutton & Co.

Mr. Brousseau is a board member of the Connecticut Hedge Fund Association and, since 1997, has served as an executive board member of the Hole in the Wall Gang, a children's charity located in New Haven, Connecticut. He earned a B.S. degree in business at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
 
Mitchell Tanzman

Mr. Tanzman is a founding partner of Central Park Group and has over 18 years experience in alternative investments, including fund-of-funds portfolio management. Most recently he served as co-head of UBS Financial Services Alternative Investment Group and was a member of the Firm's Operating Committee. Before UBS, Mr. Tanzman worked at Oppenheimer & Co.'s asset management group, ultimately co-managing the Firm's alternative investment department. He was a member of the Firm's Management Committee. Mr. Tanzman began his career at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan as an attorney specializing in investment companies and advisory services.

Mr. Tanzman is a contributing author to the book "Hedge Funds", edited by Lederman and Klein. He is a graduate of Emory University and earned a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
